Using virtual meetings, photographs and videos combined with questionnaires and discussion, the ergonomic consultant will make recommendations to assist you with being more comfortable in your office. These may include no cost changes, equipment recommendations (along with examples and where to purchase), stretches if indicated, lifestyle changes and modification of work behaviors and postures. We follow up once changes are made to ensure you are working with increased comfort.
Onsite visits at your business. Have your own professional ergonomic specialist come to your place of work and conduct evaluations for one person, a department or the entire company! Not only is feeling good at work a morale booster, but it is preventative for Musculoskelatal Disorders that may lead to costly Worker's Compensation Claims.
"I found the recommendations easy to understand and simple to follow. I began to see positive results immediately upon acting on your recommendations. The online consulting system was very convenient and easy to follow. I was surprised how quickly you were able to provide the recommendations."
"I found myself suddenly working from home due to Covid19 and spent long hours on my laptop at my kitchen table. I began experiencing severe neck pain which was limiting my movement. Chiropractor visits helped, but the pain was becoming chronic. Chris asked me to send pictures of myself working on the computer. She felt she could assess if my working posture was contributing to my neck pain. Wow, was she correct! She directed me through a detailed written analysis about what I needed to do to improve my posture while working. The recommendations made a HUGE difference in improving my neck pain. The financial investment was well worth it. "
"Chris solved many of the bad habits and poor posture that had been causing me pain just sitting at my desk for years. I had gotten to the point where I had a headache and sore neck and back every night. With a simple online consultation she gave me recommendations to adjust my desk, seat, and monitor and coached me on techniques to improve my posture. Within a day the pain was gone and I have been working at this new station for months now with no complaints. It was a smart choice taking time to consult with Chris and I wish I had done it sooner. With as much time as we spend at our desks in front of computers, this kind of personal help is invaluable."
